Who can take part
- You have a scheduled cardiology or endocrinology clinic visit
- You can do a fasting blood draw (you’ll be asked to fast before the sample)
- You are between 40 and 85 years old
- You agree to store your blood samples and allow genetic testing
- You do not have major heart disease other than HFpEF or HFmrEF
- Your kidneys are functioning well enough (eGFR 30 or higher)
