Part of Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.

This trial looks at fat stored around the heart in people with type 2 diabetes, using samples already collected from a larger study. Researchers want to understand how this fat relates to diabetes, but it does not test any new drug or treatment.

NCT05651919Recruiting
Blood test study to understand diabetic heart weakness

This study measures immune cells from your blood to find markers (biomarkers) that may explain or predict diabetic cardiomyopathy, a type of heart condition linked to diabetes. You may benefit mainly by being closely monitored and contributing to research that could improve future diagnosis or risk tracking.
