Nerve-stimulation treatment for painful corticobasal syndrome

  • You’re age 50 or older and have corticobasal syndrome (CBS)
  • Your average daily pain is more than 4 out of 10 over the past week
  • You can speak and understand English well enough for the study
  • Your doctor expects you to live more than 90 days
  • You can understand the study plan and sign informed consent
  • You do not have key safety issues like certain implants, recent heart problems, or epilepsy
