Who can take part

  • You’re currently having a depressive episode, anxiety disorder, or a psychotic disorder
  • You tried at least one past psychiatric medicine but it didn’t work enough or you couldn’t tolerate it
  • You are starting (or already switched within 2 weeks) to sertraline/escitalopram, or aripiprazole/risperidone
  • You’re able to consent and agree to let the study use your medical records
  • You can use a smartphone app for passive monitoring
  • You’re age 16 to under 70
