- You’re currently having a depressive episode, anxiety disorder, or a psychotic disorder
- You tried at least one past psychiatric medicine but it didn’t work enough or you couldn’t tolerate it
- You are starting (or already switched within 2 weeks) to sertraline/escitalopram, or aripiprazole/risperidone
- You’re able to consent and agree to let the study use your medical records
- You can use a smartphone app for passive monitoring
- You’re age 16 to under 70
