Who can take part
- You are age 15 to 70.
- You have relapsed or refractory Ph-negative B-ALL (an ALL type without the Philadelphia chromosome).
- Your body function is good enough: you can do daily activities with limited limitation (ECOG score less than 2) and you’re expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys are healthy enough for study treatment (no serious problems; kidney filtration not below the trial’s cutoff).
- You can safely take the study drugs: no major heart rhythm/QT risk, not allergic to the drugs, and you’re not pregnant or breastfeeding (and you will use effective birth control if applicable).
- No recent major exclusions like active infection or active bleeding, recent major surgery, a recent stroke/bleeding/clotting event, or major mental health issues that prevent following the study.
