Maintenance therapy after stem cell transplant for B-ALL

B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

Who can take part

  • You must have Philadelphia chromosome-negative B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and have had a donor stem cell transplant.
  • No leftover leukemia cells (MRD) can be found in your blood or bone marrow before joining.
  • It must be at least 3 months since your transplant, and your blood counts should be recovering (white cells above 500, platelets above 20).
  • Your liver and kidney function need to be reasonably good.
  • You should not have active GVHD that requires steroids, uncontrolled infections, or serious heart problems.
