Who can take part
- You’re over 18 and can sign consent
- You have stage IV non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the liver
- Your tumor does not have certain genetic changes (EGFR, BRAF, ALK, or ROS-1)
- You plan to start anti–PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy (with or without platinum chemotherapy) for at least 3 treatment cycles
- Your general health is good enough (ECOG performance status 0–2) and your liver blood tests are not too abnormal
- Your radiation specialist says you’re eligible for targeted liver radiation to all liver spots
