Who can take part

  • You have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor you can’t remove with surgery, and it has a KRAS mutation confirmed by a standard test (blood or tumor testing is allowed).
  • Your tumor tissue must test positive for ST2 using a lab staining test (immunochemistry).
  • Your cancer has gotten worse (or you couldn’t tolerate) available standard treatments, and you can have had no more than 2 prior types of systemic treatment for advanced disease.
  • You must be well enough to participate: ECOG performance status 0 to 2, and blood counts and organ function must meet lab thresholds.
  • Your cancer must be measurable on scans and be in a place where doctors can take repeat core needle biopsies.
  • You must be able to safely get study-related blood draws, usually through a stable vein line (like a port or PICC).
