Who can take part
- You are at least 20 years old and can sign consent to join.
- Your GIST diagnosis is confirmed by tumor testing, including markers called CD117 and DOG-1.
- Your tumor is “wild type” for KIT and PDGFRα (no mutations on special gene tests).
- Your health/strength is good enough (ECOG performance status 0–2).
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, and prior side effects have mostly improved (grade 0–1).
- Your blood counts and organ function are strong enough (bone marrow, liver, kidneys) and you are expected to live at least 12 weeks.
