Who can take part
- You are age 18 to 75, and you can sign the consent form
- Your spinal cord injury is traumatic (from an accident) and non-progressive, and it happened at least 6 months ago
- Your injury severity falls in ASIA grades A, B, C, or D
- You finished the usual (standard) rehab program, but your arm function is still severely limited
- You can communicate with the team in English or French and agree to attend all visits
