Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older and able to sign informed consent in writing
  • Have rectal adenocarcinoma confirmed by biopsy (tissue confirmed as this cancer type)
  • Have HER2-positive tumor confirmed by approved lab testing (IHC or special DNA testing like FISH/NGS)
  • Have certain tumor markers: mismatch repair intact and RAS is wild-type
  • Have no cancer that has spread to distant organs (no distant metastases)
