Who can take part
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed.
- Your tumor has low levels of the HER2 protein (called HER2-low) as shown by a lab test.
- You have already received at least one treatment including 5-FU or capecitabine, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan.
- You are willing to have a biopsy of your tumor before starting treatment.
- You are age 18 or older and able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
