Who can take part
- You must be an adult or a child older than 2 years
- Your cancer cells must be CD1a-positive (at least 20%) by test on blood/cells or tissue
- Your T-ALL/LL must be relapsed or not responding to treatment, even after standard chemotherapy and/or transplant
- Your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and brain/nerve function must be good enough for study treatment
- You cannot have an uncontrolled active infection, and you must not have HIV or active hepatitis B or C
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and (if you can have children) you must use reliable birth control
