This Phase 1 trial tests the safety and early signs of benefit of OC-1 in people with relapsed or hard-to-treat T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (T-ALL/LL) that has a CD1a marker. You may be considered if standard treatments didn’t work or the cancer returned, and if your organs and infections are controlled.

Who can take part

  • You must be an adult or a child older than 2 years
  • Your cancer cells must be CD1a-positive (at least 20%) by test on blood/cells or tissue
  • Your T-ALL/LL must be relapsed or not responding to treatment, even after standard chemotherapy and/or transplant
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and brain/nerve function must be good enough for study treatment
  • You cannot have an uncontrolled active infection, and you must not have HIV or active hepatitis B or C
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and (if you can have children) you must use reliable birth control
