Who can take part

  • You must have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that is high-risk and newly diagnosed, and you should be in your first remission with very few leukemia cells left in your bone marrow (less than 5% blasts).
  • Your leukemia must have at least one high-risk feature, like certain chromosome changes (e.g., KMT2A rearrangement, complex changes, or Philadelphia-like ALL), a TP53 mutation, or persistent signs of leukemia after initial treatment (measurable residual disease or MRD).
  • You need to be in fairly good health – able to be up and about at least half the day (performance status 0, 1, or 2).
  • Your liver and kidneys must be working well enough, and your leukemia cells must have the CD19 protein on their surface.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must not have active hepatitis B, C, or HIV infection.
