Who can take part
- You agree to join after signing informed consent
- You have relapsed or refractory B-ALL and have tried standard chemotherapy (or had relapse after remission or transplant)
- Your cancer cells have CD19 or CD22 markers (enough to be targeted by the therapy)
- You are age 2 to 75, and your expected survival time is more than 3 months
- Your heart, liver, kidneys, and lungs meet study safety thresholds (for example, strong enough heart function and oxygen levels)
- You can attend visits and follow all study instructions
