Who can take part
- You must be age 18 or older and able to sign consent before any study steps.
- You must have non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that was confirmed by a central lab.
- Your scan results must show stage I before surgery, and your tumor must have an EGFR mutation (Ex19del or L858R).
- Your cancer must be completely removed by surgery with negative margins (no cancer seen at the cut edges).
- You must start osimertinib within 10 weeks after your operation, and you must have a strong enough overall health status (WHO 0–1).
- You must not have had other cancer treatments before joining, and you must not have certain lung, heart, liver/kidney, infection, or absorption problems.
