- You have non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that can be surgically removed (Stage II-III).
- Your cancer has one of the common EGFR mutations (like Ex19del or L858R), but not an Exon 20 insertion.
- You are at least 18 years old and in good general health (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your heart, lungs, and blood counts are healthy enough for surgery.
