Who can take part
- You have metastatic or unresectable cancer (cannot be fully removed) and standard treatments don’t exist or aren’t working.
- Your tumor is a solid tumor with a confirmed harmful mutation in certain DNA repair genes (such as BRCA1/2 or related genes) tested by a certified lab.
- You are 18 or older, and your general health is good enough (ECOG 0–2).
- Blood counts and organ function meet limits (like low risk for infection, enough platelets, and acceptable kidney/liver tests).
