Who can take part
- You have confirmed pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor that is advanced (metastatic) or can’t be removed by surgery
- Your scan shows your tumor can take Lutathera (positive SSR PET/CT), and a nuclear medicine/radiation specialist agrees this treatment fits
- You are 18 or older, and your overall health is not too limited (ECOG 0–2)
- Your blood counts and key organ tests (liver, kidneys, and bone-marrow-related labs) are within required ranges
- You can safely take the sunitinib pill by mouth and do not have certain recent stomach/bowel or serious healing problems
- You agree to pregnancy prevention (no pregnancy or breastfeeding during treatment and for a set time after)
