Who can take part
- You have a confirmed pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (WHO grade 1 or 2, Ki-67 less than 20%)
- Your tumor has grown on at least one prior treatment (like somatostatin analogs, chemo, or targeted therapy)
- Your tumor shows up on a DOTATATE PET scan (meaning it expresses somatostatin receptors)
- You have not had peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (like Lu-177 DOTATATE) or fulvestrant before
- You are 18 or older and in good enough health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
- Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are within acceptable ranges
