Who can take part

  • You have confirmed stage I, II, or III colon or rectal cancer, and you finished standard treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation) at least 2 months ago
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You can follow the study plan, swallow capsules, and sign informed consent
  • In the past month you have not been drinking more than 2 cups of coffee per day most days (and you have not used coffee supplements like green coffee extract recently)
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you can use birth control during the study (if you could become pregnant)
