Who can take part
- You can read, understand, and sign an informed consent form.
- You are age 18 to 75 when you enroll.
- Your lymphoma must be confirmed as PCNSL or SCNSL that started from a type of body lymphoma called DLBCL.
- Your lymphoma must have come back or not respond (relapsed/refractory), especially after methotrexate-based treatment.
- Recent scans (MRI/CT) must show clear ongoing disease for brain tissue disease, or spinal fluid tests must show lymphoma cells for leptomeningeal disease.
- You must have blood counts and organ function that meet lab cutoffs, and be well enough to do daily activities (performance status 0–3).
