  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 30 to 45
  • You are not allergic to mirabegron or alpha-lipoic acid
  • You do not have serious bladder overactivity or take bladder anticholinist medicines
  • You do not have diabetes requiring insulin or diabetes medicines that lower sugar
