Who can take part
- You have an inherited aortic condition (genetic aortopathy), either with or without other syndrome features
- You can read and sign the informed consent form
- You are not dealing with early menopause or osteoporosis
- You do not have rheumatic heart disease, or any currently active cancer
- You do not have ongoing inflammatory or long-term organ problems such as chronic liver disease or significant kidney problems, or thyroid-related disease
