Who can take part

  • You are 14 years or older.
  • You have a narrowing in your main artery (aorta) that is either new or has come back after a procedure.
  • You weigh at least 20 kilograms (about 44 pounds).
  • Your heart pumps blood normally (measured by a test called ejection fraction).
  • You do not have any metal implants or severe claustrophobia that would prevent an MRI.
  • You do not have other serious heart valve problems or a history of certain heart surgeries.
