Who can take part
- You have newly diagnosed, previously untreated stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
- Your tumor test shows PD-L1 is at least 1% (using a specific lab test called Dako 22C3)
- You can do a blood test called Guardant360 CDx before starting, and you agree to repeat blood ctDNA tests over time
- Your cancer must have at least one measurable spot that has not been treated with radiation before
- Your immune therapy treatment eligibility depends on overall health: age 18+, good performance status (ECOG 0–2), and enough blood counts and organ function
