Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to 70
  • Your nose cancer type is non-keratinizing carcinoma
  • Your cancer is stage III to IV (with an exception for T3N0) and can be measured on scans
  • Your general health is good enough (ECOG 0 to 1)
  • Your blood counts, liver tests, and kidney function are within required ranges
  • You have not had surgery to remove the main tumor or lymph nodes (except a biopsy)
