Who can take part
- You must have stage IV extensive small-cell lung cancer confirmed by biopsy or fluid sample.
- Your tumor tissue must be available and tested for SLFN11, and at least 20% of tumor cells must show the protein.
- You must have finished 4 cycles of first-line chemo plus an anti-PD-L1 antibody (atezolizumab or durvalumab) and your cancer must not have worsened during or after treatment.
- You must be able to continue immune maintenance treatment (immunotherapy) going forward.
- Your blood counts and organ function (kidney/liver) must be adequate, and your general function score must be 0–2.
- You must be 18 or older, and if you can become pregnant you need a negative pregnancy test and reliable birth control during and after treatment.
