Who can take part

  • You agree to sign the informed consent form before any study steps
  • You are 18 years or older, and your cancer is confirmed as extensive-stage small cell lung cancer
  • You have not had prior whole-therapy (systemic) treatment for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer
  • You can provide tumor tissue for testing within 6 weeks of starting, and no cancer treatment happened between the biopsy and study start
  • Your cancer has at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, and you are well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1)
