Who can take part

  • You have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer has spread beyond one lung or to other parts of the body).
  • You have never received any treatment for this cancer before.
  • Your tumor tests positive for a marker called SLFN-11 (your doctor can check this).
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and weigh at least 66 pounds (30 kg).
  • You are generally active and able to do light work (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You have not had prior treatment with immunotherapy or PARP inhibitors.
