Who can take part
- Age 18 to 75, and you can participate in the study visits
- You have soft tissue sarcoma that cannot be fully removed or has spread, and it is confirmed by tumor pathology (biopsy).
- You already tried first-line treatment, and the cancer either progressed within 6 months or you couldn’t tolerate it
- Your tumor can be measured on scans (and any previously radiated area must show clear new growth)
- You must have enough overall body function and good performance status (ECOG 0 to 2), plus life expectancy over 12 weeks
- You must be able to provide fresh or stored tumor tissue and sign informed consent
