Who can take part

  • You have had neck pain for at least 3 months, most days (at least 5 days per week).
  • Your neck pain is at least moderate right now (about a 3 or higher out of 10 over the past week).
  • Your neck disability score is at least 5, meaning the pain affects daily activities.
  • You can take part in all study visits and agree to be randomly assigned to different treatment groups.
  • You can speak and read English well enough to do study instructions.
