- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have had neck pain on most days (at least 5 per week) for 3 months or longer.
- Your average neck pain this past week is at least a 3 on a 0–10 scale.
- You are not currently seeing a chiropractor, and haven’t in the last 12 months.
- You are willing to be randomly assigned to one of two treatment groups and complete all study procedures.
- You do not have certain medical conditions like inflammatory arthritis, history of stroke, Parkinson’s, or cancer.
