- Your stroke or brain injury happened less than 1 month ago
- You have test results showing attention problems on a standard neuropsychology evaluation
- Your brain injury is confirmed on a routine CT or MRI scan
- You are 18 years or older and can sign informed consent
- You should be able to follow and complete the study tasks during the virtual reality sessions
