Teletherapy CBT for anxiety and depression in people with diabetes

  • You have type 1 diabetes and have had it for at least 6 months
  • You are between 18 and 64 years old
  • You can speak English or Spanish
  • You currently have anxiety or depression symptoms diagnosed by a structured interview
  • You are not pregnant
  • You can’t have certain mental health safety concerns (like bipolar or psychosis) or an urgent risk of self-harm
