Reduce liver cancer return after surgery using anti–TIM-3

Who can take part

  • You have liver cancer (HCC) confirmed by pathology (tissue biopsy/removal).
  • Your cancer is early stage (CNLC stage Ia or Ib) and you’re having a radical (curative) resection.
  • After surgery, at least one higher-risk feature applies (for example tumor 5+ cm, microvascular invasion, multiple tumors, or high AFP).
  • You must be in good general health for treatment (ECOG 0–1) and have acceptable liver function (Child-Pugh A or B).
  • You must meet blood test minimums (white blood cells, lymphocytes, and platelets) and kidney/liver enzyme limits.
  • You can’t have certain recent treatments or immune-suppressing medicines before enrollment, and you must avoid other cancer trials right before starting.
