CAR-T Cells for Liver Cancer After Surgery

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have stage IIIa liver cancer (HCC) that has spread into a blood vessel in the liver (like the portal or hepatic vein).
  • You had surgery to remove the tumor, and your AFP level (a tumor marker) is now going up, suggesting the cancer might come back.
  • Your tumor cells have a protein called GPC3 on them (this will be checked in a lab).
  • You are healthy enough to undergo a procedure to collect your blood cells (called apheresis) and have stable liver and kidney function.
  • You have not had any previous cell therapy (like CAR-T cells) and do not have other serious medical conditions.
