Who can take part

  • You are between 55 and 75 years old
  • Your smell loss has been slowly getting worse and does not come and go
  • You can understand the study and agree to participate
  • You can follow instructions for tests and visits
  • You do not have dementia or Parkinson’s (or obvious signs of them)
  • Your smell loss is not due to major nasal problems or certain causes like trauma, infections, surgery, or medicines that affect smell
