Who can take part

  • You’re age 18 to 75 (inclusive).
  • You have an advanced solid tumor with at least one measurable tumor spot on scans.
  • Your cancer has a specific DNA repair issue (HRR gene mutation, or HRD-positive ovarian cancer), and standard treatments didn’t work, aren’t tolerated, or aren’t available.
  • Your cancer care team says you’re well enough to function (ECOG score 0–1).
  • You’re expected to live longer than 12 weeks.
  • You can safely avoid pregnancy during the study (and you’re not breastfeeding), and you can sign the consent form.
