Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older.
- You have been diagnosed with high-grade serous or endometrioid ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer.
- You had an HRD test (such as MyChoice HRD or FoundationOne DX) done between January 2021 and January 2026.
- If you have a high HRD score, you were treated with bevacizumab and olaparib after first chemotherapy.
- If you have a low HRD score, you were treated with first-line platinum-based chemotherapy, with or without bevacizumab or other targeted therapies.
- You are willing to provide written informed consent.
