Who can take part

  • You have adrenal nodules seen on CT, with the largest size at least 10 mm
  • Your cortisol level is high after the 1 mg dexamethasone suppression test (1mg-DST)
  • You do NOT have primary aldosteronism, adrenal pheochromocytoma, adrenal cancer spread, or congenital adrenal hyperplasia
  • You do NOT have certain nerve/adrenal tumor types (like paraganglioma or schwannoma) and there is no unclear diagnosis
  • You are not currently pregnant and you do not have serious illnesses that could affect hormone control (like major liver or kidney failure, severe infection)
