Boost osimertinib levels using cobicistat to improve value

Who can take part

  • You are scheduled to take osimertinib 80 mg once daily as your standard treatment
  • You are 18 years or older and able to sign the informed consent form
  • Your overall health/mobility is limited but not too severe (WHO performance status 2 or less)
  • You can and agree to have blood drawn for testing (including drug-processing gene testing)
  • Your lung cancer is non-squamous, advanced, and has an EGFR mutation
  • You must be able to take cobicistat safely (and you may need to review your current medicines)
