Who can take part

  • You have metastatic EGFR-mutated lung cancer and are currently taking osimertinib.
  • Your cancer is stable or your doctor thinks osimertinib is still helpful even if there's some growth.
  • You are willing to have extra blood draws and a lumbar puncture (spinal tap).
  • You do not have brain metastases (cancer spread to the brain).
  • You have not had a genetic test showing the ABCG2 34G>A variant.
  • Your overall health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
