Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and can sign consent and follow study instructions
- You have confirmed soft tissue sarcoma that is advanced or has spread, and your tumor can be injected into (by touch or ultrasound)
- Your general health is good enough (ECOG 0–2) and you’re expected to live more than 12 weeks
- Your kidneys and liver work well enough for the study treatment
- You must not be planning nearby radiation or injection of the same tumor within the last 28 days
- You cannot have certain high-risk situations (like major blood clotting problems, active brain metastases, or unsafe tumor locations near major blood vessels)
