Who can take part
- Be in one of the study groups: aortic stenosis (different severity), chemotherapy-related heart damage, or carcinoid syndrome
- Be old enough for your group (for example, valve groups often need age 50+; other groups often need 35+)
- Be able and willing to sign informed consent before any study steps
- Be able to lie flat and safely fit in the MRI scanner (including claustrophobia limits)
- Have safe kidney function for MRI contrast (eGFR must be 30 or higher)
- No pregnancy or breastfeeding, and no known allergy to MRI contrast
