Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 70 years old.
- You have had a recent heart attack (STEMI) with a certain level of heart strain, or you have heart failure with preserved pumping function (HFpEF), or you are a healthy volunteer.
- You can have an MRI scan (no metal implants, pacemaker, or other MRI restrictions).
- Your kidneys are working well (eGFR above 30).
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
