Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • Your elbow pain has been present for at least 6 months and affects daily activities
  • You’ve tried other treatments for more than 3 months but they didn’t help enough
  • You did not have surgery on the affected arm within the last 6 months
  • You have not had the same elbow surgery before, and you have already tried basic non-surgery care (like rest, stretching, or medication/physical therapy)
