  • You’re age 18 to 75
  • You have invasive breast cancer that is hormone-receptor positive and HER2-negative
  • Your cancer is locally advanced (can’t be treated fully with local surgery/radiation) or has come back/spread (metastatic)
  • Your doctor believes you have measurable disease, or bone lesions that can be followed
  • You have enough blood, liver, and kidney function for study treatment
  • You have not had prior chemotherapy or targeted therapy for metastatic disease
