- You agree to sign a consent form for the study
- You were referred for heart testing (catheterization or coronary CT) because of possible reduced blood flow within the last 2 years
- Your heart scans show no major artery blockage (and blood-flow measures are not in the high-risk range), or you can do a CT scan to confirm this
- Your kidney function is at least moderate (estimated filtration rate 30 or higher)
- If you have type 2 diabetes, your diabetes clinician approves the study plan
