First-line targeted therapy for EGFR-mutant lung cancer with TP53 change

Who can take part

  • You must have advanced (locally advanced or metastatic) non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR 19del or L858R plus a TP53 co-mutation
  • You have not started any systemic (whole-body) cancer treatment yet for this lung cancer
  • You must be 18–85 years old and able to do normal daily activities (ECOG 0–1)
  • You need at least one measurable tumor spot on scans that can be tracked
  • Your blood counts and organ tests (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and clotting) must meet specific minimum ranges
  • You must not have certain lung problems like active pneumonia or likely lung scarring (fibrosis) on screening scans
